6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will assist you with a resolution.
